- Your entries belong to you.
- Plus renews until you cancel; Family is a one-time purchase. Stars are earned, can’t be bought, and have no cash value.
- Be respectful on the pledge wall and in live games.
1. Who we are
Telepathia is developed by Dreamroom Labs and exclusively licensed to Great Grace Church Inc. Great Grace Church Inc operates Telepathia, is the seller of Plus and Family, and is the party you contract with under these terms. Purchases appear on your statement under Great Grace Church Inc’s name.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By using Telepathia (the website, app and related services), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Telepathia. If you use it on behalf of a child, you agree for them and are responsible for their use.
3. What Telepathia is, and isn’t
Telepathia offers meditation and breathing guides, tones, dream and day journals, intuition, remote viewing and telepathy practice, games, and related tools for personal development and reflection. Results are scored against chance so you can see them honestly. We make no claim that Telepathia gives anyone psychic, telepathic, telekinetic or predictive abilities.
Telepathia is not medical, psychological or professional advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Rhythmic audio may not be suitable for people with epilepsy or seizure disorders; check with a doctor first. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You may use Telepathia as a guest. You must be at least 13 to sign in with Google, add a pledge to the wall, or make purchases, and you must be an adult (or have a parent’s permission) to buy Plus or Family. You’re responsible for activity on your device and account.
5. Your content
You own what you create in Telepathia: dreams, moments, sessions, drawings and pledges. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the features you use (for example, syncing your journal or showing your pledge on the wall). You can delete your content at any time.
6. Community rules
On the pledge wall, in live games and anywhere you can share, don’t post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that targets or endangers children; don’t impersonate others or share someone else’s private information; and don’t try to break, overload or misuse the service or other people’s accounts. We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
7. Plus and Family purchases
- Telepathia Plus is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. It renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the link in your receipt email or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Family is a one-time purchase that unlocks Family features for the account that bought it.
- Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future periods with advance notice. Taxes may apply.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, but if something went wrong, contact us and we’ll make it right.
- Purchases made through an app store are governed by that store’s terms and refund policies.
8. Stars, rewards and badges
Kids’ lab stars are earned only through skill and practice. Stars cannot be bought, sold, traded for money, or exchanged for cash, and they have no monetary value. Family rewards are set and fulfilled by the grown-ups in your household, not by us. Stars are stored on the device and may be lost if the device’s storage is cleared, unless you keep a backup.
9. Timestamped proofs
Proofs record a fingerprint of your entry using the third-party OpenTimestamps service and the Bitcoin blockchain. We don’t control those systems and can’t guarantee their availability. A proof shows that specific content existed at a point in time; it doesn’t verify that the content is true.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Telepathia running, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available,” and features may change or be discontinued. We’re not responsible for data you lose through device problems, cleared browser storage, or private mode, so please keep backups.
11. Disclaimers and limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Ending use
You can stop using Telepathia and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we must for legal reasons.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
14. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Telepathia after that means you accept the changes.
