Preserve human cognition.
Train your mind and your intuition. No brain chip, no surveillance. Your mind stays your secret.
Meditate
Start every practice here. A few minutes of slow breathing and a steady tone relax the body and clear the mind before you train.
Tone generator
Binaural beats need headphones. The pulsed tone works on a phone speaker.
Keep the volume low. If you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, check with your doctor before using rhythmic audio.
Dream journal
Record dreams when you wake and moments through your day. Telepathia connects them — what inspired a dream, what echoed it afterward — so you can interpret and resolve your dreams, and train to dream lucidly.

Highlights
Tonight’s lucid dreaming plan
The combination tested in the largest study of lucid dream techniques (Aspy et al., 2017).
- Reality checks by day. About 10 times a day, ask “Am I dreaming?” and test it: read text, look away, read again.
- Wake back to bed. Set an alarm about 5 hours after you fall asleep. Stay up briefly, then lie back down.
- MILD. Falling back asleep, repeat: “Next time I’m dreaming, I will remember that I’m dreaming,” and picture becoming lucid in a recent dream.
Remote viewing
Based on the stages in the declassified SRI/Army Coordinate Remote Viewing papers. A hidden target, a guided cool-down, raw impressions, then a blind pick from five pictures. Chance is 1 in 5.
Your record
Telepathy
Five symbols, one is chosen at random. By chance you’ll get 1 in 5 right. Train alone, with someone in the room, or with a friend anywhere.

Kids’ lab
Games that grow focus, calm and quick “gut feeling” — noticing patterns before you can explain them.
For grown-ups: these games practice attention, calm breathing, pattern-spotting and fast estimation — the real skills behind what we call intuition. Stars are earned only by skill and can be spent on unlocks or on family rewards you set in the Star shop. When a game gets hard, the app suggests the exercise that builds the skill it needs: balloon breathing for Quick look, Little viewer for the guessing games. Nothing here is saved to an account; stars stay on this device. Play together and keep it light.

Mind–matter test
The random-number experiment used in telekinesis research. Choose a direction and try to push the dot with intention alone. With no effect, results wander inside the shaded band.
Each run is 200 bits from your device’s cryptographic random generator.

Proof vault
Prove it happened. Reveal nothing. Each proof is a fingerprint of your entry, sealed with a timestamp. Your words stay private until you choose to share the original.
Insights
Humanity over machines.
Take the pledge. Make your card. Share it. Every card is proof that a human mind is still training itself.

Privacy promise
Telepathia trains your mind. It never reads it. Read the full privacy policy.
- No brain data, ever. No sensors, implants or headsets. The app only knows what you choose to type, tap or draw.
- No ads, no selling. Your entries are never sold or used for advertising.
- Private to you. Your journal and results are visible only to you.
- Kids stay anonymous. The Kids’ lab collects nothing: no names, no accounts, and stars stay on the device.
- Leave anytime. Download everything or delete it, whenever you want.
Private mode
Keep everything on this phone only. Nothing is sent to the cloud, so you won’t see your results on other devices — back up regularly.
Delete my data
Removes every dream, session and score from this phone and from the cloud. This can’t be undone, so download a backup first if you want one.
Account & sync
Back up your data
Save everything — dreams, sessions, scores and drawings — as one file you keep. Restore it here, on another device, or in your own copy of Telepathia.
Backups include private things like dream entries. Keep the file somewhere safe.
What the research says
Practice with clear eyes. A fair summary from both supporters and skeptics.
Remote viewing
The training structure comes from declassified SRI International working papers on Coordinate Remote Viewing. They describe the ideogram as a quick mark capturing the overall feel of a site, and “analytical overlay” as the mind jumping to a premature guess.
In the 1995 review for the CIA, statistician Jessica Utts concluded the lab results showed a real statistical effect; psychologist Ray Hyman judged that premature because the findings hadn’t been independently replicated. The operational review found remote viewing hadn’t produced intelligence anyone could act on, and the program ended. Mainstream science does not consider it established.

Telepathy
In ganzfeld studies a receiver picks one of four pictures (25% by chance). Supportive meta-analyses report about 31–32%; Milton and Wiseman’s meta-analysis of later studies found about 27%, which wasn’t significant. The debate over publication bias and protocol quality continues.
Telekinesis
A 2006 meta-analysis of 380 random-number studies found a tiny effect, but smaller studies showed bigger effects — a pattern publication bias could explain. A later Bayesian study found evidence against it. That’s why the test here includes control runs.
Binaural beats
A 2019 meta-analysis of 22 studies found a medium effect on anxiety, attention and memory. A 2023 review found only five of fourteen EEG studies showed brain waves syncing to the beat. Treat tones as a relaxation aid.

Dreams
Best supported of all. In Aspy and colleagues’ 2017 study, combining reality testing, wake-back-to-bed and MILD increased lucid dreams; people who fell asleep within five minutes of MILD succeeded on nearly half their attempts. There’s no validated dictionary of dream symbols, so the journal asks what the dream means to you.
